We use the information you provide to create and manage your account, support your participation in the Marathon, save your progress in the app, and send important updates related to the Marathon and SBA activities you choose to receive.
Information you add in the app — including your task entries and saved materials — is used to support your personal Marathon experience and make the app function as intended. It is not displayed publicly to other users.
Some features may connect you to external services such as WhatsApp, Zoom, or Notion. When you use those services, their own terms and privacy policies apply.

When you register and participate, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, country and city, professional background, innovation stage and goals, task entries, notes, uploaded files, and links you add in the app. We also collect standard technical information such as device type, app version, and usage data needed to operate the service.
We use your information to create and manage your account, provide access to Marathon tasks and materials, save your progress and task history, send important program communications, and improve app functionality and security. Where you choose to receive them, we may also send SBA program updates and announcements.
Task responses, notes, links, and files you enter in the app are used to support your personal Marathon experience and are not publicly displayed to other users. Authorized personnel may access limited information where necessary to operate, support, or improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the app, when required by law, or in connection with a business reorganization with appropriate safeguards.
The app may link to WhatsApp, Zoom, Notion, and SBA web pages. When you use these services, their own terms and privacy policies apply. We encourage you to review them before sharing information on those platforms.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to maintain your account, support your Marathon participation, and meet legal or operational obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated information, subject to any information we are required to retain.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent or object to certain processing. Contact us at program@saudi-accelerator.com to exercise any right.
We use account authentication, access controls, secure storage practices, and technical safeguards appropriate to the app's scale. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to maintain appropriate protections.
The app is intended for users eligible under the published Program Terms. Where participation by a minor is permitted, parent or legal guardian consent may be required.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of the Policy and, where appropriate, provide notice through the app or by email.
